Why we started
It began with a simple frustration: everyday staples like jaggery, curry leaf podi and moringa had quietly become harder to find in their pure form — most were cut with additives, over-processed, or shipped from far away with no idea how they were grown.
We started working directly with small farms and home-scale producers across Tamil Nadu to bring these staples back the way they used to be — chemical-free, hygienically packed, and true to the recipes passed down for generations.
